Hello and Welcome

My Journey

My journey with yoga began in 2003 during high school. What started as a single class gradually became both a foundation and a lifelong passion that extends far beyond the mat. Over time, I felt a strong calling to share the transformative power of yoga with others, which led me to begin pursuing my RYT-200 certification in 2022.

While completing my training, I began offering classes in a local park, where I had the privilege of teaching a diverse community of practitioners, including military veterans, across a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. These early offerings deepened my belief in yoga as an inclusive and accessible practice for all.

In 2024, I completed a Pranayama certification, and in 2025, I completed both my Yin Yoga certification and 300-hour teacher training, bringing my current designation to RYT-500. I bring steadiness, clarity, and experience into the spaces I hold. I am continually inspired to deepen my knowledge, refine my teaching, and remain a student of the practice. I am excited to see where this ongoing growth leads, and to continue creating safe, welcoming spaces where the benefits of yoga can ripple into everyday life.

My Philosophy

My yoga philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, body positivity, and mindfulness. I'm deeply committed to making yoga accessible to people of all age groups, including children, and providing guidance to safely move through each pose in a way that makes sense for their body. As a yoga instructor, I believe in going beyond the physical asanas, incorporating pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness practices to nurture not only physical strength but also mental and emotional well-being. I believe that these elements, when applied consistently, lead to heightened body and mind awareness, fostering a holistic sense of self.

I hope to develop yoga classes that spark the interest of new and potential practitioners, encouraging them to make yoga a daily part of their lives. I firmly believe that yoga has the potential to empower individuals of all ages to lead healthier, more mindful lives. My offerings encompass a holistic approach to yoga, where every breath, every movement, and every moment on the mat contribute to personal growth and self-discovery. It is my privilege and passion to guide students on this transformative journey, nurturing their physical and mental strength while fostering mindfulness that extends far beyond the mat.
